What is Arimidex Anastrozole ?
Arimidex Anastrozole is an extremely powerful anti-estrogen originally belonging to the Aromatase Inhibitor (AI) family.  It was developed in the early 1990’s, officially released in 1995 by Zenaca Pharmaceuticals under the trade name Arimidex, and is perhaps the most commonly used AI on the market.
Arimidex is a favorite anti-estrogen among many anabolic steroid users.  It became very popular because of its ability to mitigate adverse estrogenic effects, such as gynecomastia and excess water retention, as well as by combating the suppression of natural testosterone as a result of using anabolic steroids.  Many common anabolic steroids, such as testosterone, nandrolone, dianabol, etc.,  have the ability to aromatize by the interaction of testosterone hormone’s ability to interact with the aromatase enzyme.  As aromatization occurs, estrogen levels rise, leading to excess estrogen and unwanted estrogenic side effects.   Arimidex works quickly to combat these negative side effects, thus, resulting in countless anabolic steroid users relying on Arimidex for on-cycle estrogenic protection.  By including Arimidex in an anabolic steroid cycle that contains aromatizing steroids, the individual can protect against gynecomastia and water retention. What is the recommended dosage?
